Pacific & Moss Co. will refund or exchange up to 30 days from your purchase date.

  • contact Pacific & Moss Co. for our return shipping address
  • you will be responsible for all shipping costs unless an error was made during order processing
  • include a copy of your receipt and reason for refund or exchange
  • items must be unworn, unsoiled with no odors
  • include your contact and shipping information (ie. name, phone number, address)
  • shipping costs from the original purchase will not be refunded
  • all sale items are final

An inspection will be made upon receiving your purchase(s). If the above conditions are met your request will be processed. Please note that your request will be denied if the conditions are not met.
